What is the FREE shipping criteria?
We only ship within New Zealand. Shipping is FREE to physical addresses that accept courier deliveries. No Post Office (PO) boxes sorry.
What is the expected shipping time?
ISSE Textile Snow Chains NZ and all available stock is based at Waikanae Beach, Wellington, New Zealand. This means a fast and reliable delivery, so expect 1 to 3 business days from when you have placed your order. If you need your delivery in less than 3 business days, contact us once you've placed your order and we’ll do what we can do get it to you as soon as possible.
Is the courier tracked?
Yes, we use tracked courier to ensure your order gets to you.
Should the delivery go missing, we’ll do what we can to help track it down, but can’t accept liability if it’s been delivered, but gone missing.
Returns: can I return or exchange my purchase?
If we have made a mistake with the sizing, we’ll send you the correct product size and put in a self-addressed courier bag for you to return the product that is the wrong size. The returned product(s) must be in new resalable condition with all packaging, unused and have no marks, stains or damage.
If you’ve made a mistake with ordering the wrong size, we are happy to exchange, however shipping charges will apply. The returned products must be in new resalable condition with all packaging, unused and have no marks, stains or damage.
If a product is sold out, what happens?
New stock is generally not far away! If the website doesn’t state when a product is expected to be in stock, then feel free to contact us and we’ll provide you clarification.
On the off chance that you’ve place an order for stock that isn’t available due to a website stocking error, we’ll give you the option of a refund or advise when the product will be available.
Payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard credit/debit cards and direct deposit. It’s safe to use your credit/debit card on this website as we use SSL encryption ensuring your details are kept private. The green https:// address bar indicates that you are entering a secure website.
Credit/debit cards are processed through Shopify Payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay, so no information is held by ISSE Textile Snow Chains NZ.
If you get an error messages, check you have entered your card number, expiry date and CVV number correctly. If you continue to incur problems, contact your bank and feel free to contact us to arrange an alternative payment option.
For direct deposits, feel free to contact us and we can provide you a bank account number to make the payment.
Warranty Policy
All products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, but this excludes normal wear and tear, accidents or damage/faults arising from misuse of the product. If you believe you may be covered by this warranty, please contact us in the first instance with a description of the defect/fault, we then may request supporting photos and return of the product. If the product was found defective, we will either replace the item, repair it or if neither of the above is possible we will provide a full refund for the cost of the product excluding shipping costs.
We will not be liable for items returned to us untracked which go missing
If the product is out of warranty, the above may still apply, however we will still do what we can to seek a desirable outcome for you as customer satisfaction is a priority too us.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by New Zealand retailers, including ISSE Textile Snow Chains NZ. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act 1986 is enforced by the Commerce Commission. It’s designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act.
Privacy
Client privacy is taken seriously. We do not distribute, sell or allow any of your information to be released, so you can shop with confidence.
